Certified Home Inspector Will Whittaker

Will Whittaker

Your Home Professional

Will Whittaker is your home inspector at District Home Pro. When you’re informed about the condition of a home before buying, the odds of making a successful investment go up exponentially. That’s why he is determined to make the information you need available, and why he will take every step necessary to ensure that you completely understand the information he provides before you enter final negotiations with the seller.

Here in your city

Will has lived in many parts of the country, but the mid-Atlantic has always been home. He is intimately familiar with the building practices typical for residential structures throughout the metro area. This includes everything from classic row houses and vintage single-family homes, to newer renovations and fresh condo designs.

His educational background is in the Classics and the history of mathematics and science, but he has been studying homes in the area for many years now. When Will is not inspecting homes, he paints, creates bonsai or keeps up on his reading. And don’t be surprised if you run into him on the streets of DC training service animals or powerlifting in the park.

Certified Home Inspector Will Whittaker

Always Here for you

No matter your reasons for buying, we will provide completely unbiased property assessments and keep you protected from the consequences of an uninformed purchase. You can trust us to be direct, clear, and helpful every step of the way.
You’re welcome to attend your home inspection—we’d love to walk you through your home and familiarize you with all our findings, on-site. If being present during the whole inspection is not right for you, however, then we’ll walk you through the report we produce at your convenience–even over the phone! Our reports are clear, easy to follow and include plenty of pictures.
Not only do we welcome your questions even long after an inspection is over, we also offer life-time consultations to help you continue making the most of your experience as a homeowner.

When he’s not inspecting homes, Will enjoys painting and creating bonsai gardens. Detail-oriented hobbies have always called out to Will, and he has been painting as a form of artistic expression since high school. Will also enjoys powerlifting, spending time outdoors, and reading a good book whenever possible.
